The Gala

Good News...

It looks like the Gala is going to be a SMASHING success!


Bad News...

Because of that success, we have now sold out of tickets.


If you are still looking to attend the Gala, make sure to check with us onsite to see if there is any last-minute availability!

Get ready to witness history in the making! The 2024 Astra Marketplace & Academy will be hosting its inaugural Awards Gala event. We're bringing the glamour of old Hollywood to the play industry, creating a unique blend of sophistication and fun. Come as you are, or dress to the nines.  Look forward to swag bags, an upscale photo opportunity area with props, a celebratory toast, and a full dinner!


This ticketed event will take place on Monday, June 3rd, at 7:00 pm.

Support your industry peers as the Excellence and Play Award winners will be announced that evening, as well as the "best booth" awards.


Tickets are available now for only $50 and must be pre-ordered by May 10, as tickets will not be sold onsite.

Also, full tables can be sponsored for groups that want to be sure to sit together.

The ASTRA Opening Party & our Lip Sync Battle will be held at the famous St. Louis City Museum.

  • All booth personnel must complete this registration in order to enter the show floor.
  • All registrants will receive a payment request email (if payment is necessary), which includes an invoice, upon approval of your registration. 
  • If there is a payment due, payment must be made upon receipt of email/invoice. 
  • Registrations that are not paid in full within 7 days will be canceled. You will then need to re-register at the current ticket prices.
  • Your membership tier​ may include the benefit of a complimentary full conference registration, above what is included in your booth purchase. If so, please contact Michael Foldeak to submit that registration.
  • When registering multiple people, each registrant must have their own name and email. Emails cannot be used more than once. DO NOT CLICK THE "Use this information for all tickets" button.
  • Child Waiver forms must be downloaded, filled out, and returned for all children under the age of 16. Download form HERE​
