Set sail with ASTRA, as we embark on our spectacular adventure, "Toy Boat".

The first of it's kind, Toy Boat looks to bring together all members of the specialty toy industry, for a sun-filled, fun-filled, networking event.

  1. Boat sails at 4:30 pm on February 20th. Boarding will begin ay 11:00am, so plan arrival accordingly.  Once you check in (through the RC app), you will choose your boarding time.
  2. Non-drowsy Dramamine is the perfect antidote for anyone concerned about "sea-sickness"  


 Basic Information for ASTRA Cruise Attendees:


·    If you haven't already created your Royal Caribbean account, please do so and make sure to download the Royal Caribbean app to your phone.

You can "check-in" through the app now.

·        Once you've registered, you will see our dining time for the main dining room - 6:00pm.

The dining reservation card found in your cabin, will tell you your dining location.  You can just show up on the level you are assigned with those you want to eat with, and they will seat you. Other eating options are available. The Wind Jammer is the buffet and there is also a pizza place – both of these are included in your sea pass.


·        DOCUMENTATION: US Citizens can use a passport (has to be valid for at least 6 months after the cruise date) or a Birth Certificate (not a photocopy) AND a photo ID. If your birth certificate has a maiden name and you now have a married name, you will need a copy of your marriage certificate. Non- US Citizens must have a passport (valid for at least 6 months after the cruise date)


·        If you are driving to the cruise, once you arrive at the port, there will be cruise representatives spread out and directing you on where you can park as they switch it up every sailing depending on what terminal the ship comes into


·        Our deluxe drink package covers any beverage up to $12.00. If you purchase a drink that is more than $12.00 you will only be charged the difference,


·        There are no irons on board, and you are not allowed to bring one – cruise safety on the ship. There is a laundry service for a fee – but who cares about a few wrinkles in clothing, right?


·        RETAILERS – To get the most out of the opportunity to share ideas, best sellers, problem solve with your colleagues and plan event with manufacturers and reps, come prepared with notes, sales data and ideas!


·        MANUFACTURERS – Your products and catalogs are to be brought on board in suitcases. Shipping to the terminal is not an option and will cause issues with customs. Be prepared with price lists, order forms and catalogs to work with retailers at your table or even during times in lounges or meeting rooms. There will be multiple opportunities. We will also be filming each table during the tabletop times to post on our website boards after the cruise. You can go through your tabletop products, highlight new items, etc. This is a great opportunity!


·        TOY BOAT BINGO! More fun! We will be handing out bingo cards at the Fun in Motion party and at the opening reception to all attendees over 18. Fill a card by attending the ASTRA on-board events (staff will give you a sticker to place on your card at the events noted). Hand your completed card to one of our staff on board with your name on the back during the final reception. We will be drawing 2 cards. Winners will win a free night hotel in one of our host hotels in Columbus for our Marketplace & Academy! One square invites you to meet someone you have never spoken with before and have them sign their name on the back of your card. The person you met will also win a free hotel night if your card is drawn!
