- You will be invoiced for 30% of the total room cost, due upon receipt. Final payment will be due in November
- Once you have booked and paid your deposit, there are no refunds, HOWEVER, ASTRA has purchased "inability to attend" insurance at no extra cost to you. Please see details HERE.

- Passports are preferred but if you are a US Citizen, an original (not a photo copy) of a birth certificate will work
